The minimum educational qualifications differ by cadre:
For Grade ‘B’ (DR) â General Cadre:
- Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) OR
- Post-Graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD)
For Grade ‘B’ (DR) â DEPR Cadre:
- Master’s degree in Economics / Applied Economics / Business Economics / Econometrics with a minimum of 55% marks OR a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with 60% marks and Master’s in any subject OR Master’s in Finance/Finance & Control with minimum 55% marks
For Grade ‘B’ (DR) â DSIM Cadre:
- Master’s degree in Statistics / Mathematical Statistics / Applied Statistics / Quantitative Economics / Econometrics / Data Science / AI / ML / Big Data Analytics with minimum 55% marks OR equivalent four-year Bachelor’s degree in related fields with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates where posts are reserved)
